its pretty easy for me. I use a 1/4 ratchet with an extension and 10mm socket and go straight up to the bolts. Its only hard if you have a Stillen kit and then its not so bad.

Maybe you are trying to get to the screws in the back? If so that is not the best way to do it. Just take the two 10mm screws off that are straight up and pull the whole assm down.

i must be dumb. when i had gotten the car, it had nothing. no brackets, no light assemblys. the originals probably had broke off in a curb accident or whatever. tomorrow i'll give it another shot.

Put on the bracket first, that way you can place the fog light and it will hang on the bracket until you screw it on. Extension helps quite a bit.

I have no problem taking mine out. Takes just a couple of minutes.

I use my small Craftsman socket (1/4" drive) with the regular 10mm (not deep) and about a 12" extension and it fits in there just fine.

we need pictures because im with you guys who are having trouble. the bolt for the bracket comes down but to tighten a nut on it you have to hold the bolt steady so it doesnt twist. i couldnt figure out how to get a ratchet to it with out taking the bumper off. is everyone talking about the same thing?
