p/s problem

So, my sister was backing out of the driveway and the car ****ed up. The p/s fluid spilt all over the street, and when I popped the hood, I noticed the boots were cracked in half, all the way around. How much will it cost to fix?

On the the tie rods. I have concluded that they are the bellows (turns out they are not called boots)...they are cracked, must be aging/coldweather/lack of humidity...

if those boots are cracked, fluid will not shoot all over the place if oyu are backign out of a driveway......also there is no power steering fluid in the boots......check your power steering fluid and get back to us...

you don't need boots, you need the whole dam rack.
those boots are not there to hold in liquid, they are there to keep out dust.
have fun!
