I just have a love for vehicles as I know at least 98% of the members here have as well. You want pics? Sure, I'll be happy to go out of my way to post. I'll even post pics of it next to our Maxima. But posting titles? That's a bit too much personal info to be sharing. Thanks anyway.

Here's a pic of the two side by side.

Here's one of the HU I got put in a few months ago.

Some beautiful 'glass work done for these Focals on the lower part of the door.

Couple of JL 8's.

Positive things about owning a Carrera...
+ Precise steering and road feel.
+ Pretty quick.
+ Everyone looks at you.
+ Swinging the tail around is heaven.
+ No one tailgates you.
+ People get out of your way.
+ No matter how bad your day is, it all goes away (usually) once you get behind the wheel.
+ Dealing with the service dept is always a pleasure, informative and you're never bored because there are plenty of neat cars to walk around and look at.
+ Build quality is better than excellent. i.e. it was built to be driven. Hard.
+ 2 years and 50,000 miles later, I'm selling the car for what I paid for it.
Negative things about owning a Carrera...
- $1000 for 2 rear PS2 tires every 12,000 miles.
- $220 oil changes. (partly due to it taking 10 quarts of Mobil 1)
- $2500 for the clutch change.
- Everyone looks at you.
- Haters key it. (Happened twice in two years).
- Synchros in tranny are weak brass.
- Women (good ones) are more intimidated that you drive a Carrera and don't want much to do with you. The ****** try to swallow you thru yer pants.

Kind of. I'll be investing the $ that I get from it with UBS. They strive to get about a 20% return/year. I'm going back to school, so by the time I graduate college, I'll have $40k+ to get a newer one. So, it won't be that bad because I'll have something to look foward to later.
Also, I have a '92 (I think) Mighty Max that I've been driving everyday, as well as the '90 Maxima. (My fiance and I rotate our vehicles) So, I won't be coming off cold turkey, so to speak.
Nevertheless, I love most all cars, so as long as I can dedicate time and love into what I have, I'll be happy.
