Hello. I have a 93 nissan max gxe vg and have a few questions to ask....

I want to change the tranny fluid but cannot find the drain pan anywhere. Where is it?

I also want to change the sparkplugs but they are a pain in the *** to get out. Do I need a special "nissan wrench/socket" to get them out?

My power door locks are not working,the key doesnt unlock the doors or trunk either. anyone else have this problem?

where can i get a remote for my whip?

The Drain plug is in the front, and I think is a female 1/2 inch drive plug. Use
a 1/2" extension on your big ratchet drive. If you can't get it to budge,
use an air impact gun set on low pressure and it should extract the plug.

Actually the Sparkplug/ Wire assembly in the VG is very simple to change. You'll just need a standard spark plug head, and a simple ratchet set. (With Extension...) Put the extension deep in the spark plug hole and start loosening. If you don't have a ratchet set, I'm sure you can rent them from autozone or whatever.

The KEY doesn't unlock them either? Hmm... If all the power just stopped working I'd check fuses and such but I don't understand how a key wouldn't unlock them anymore...

edit: possible that the car has a new ignition system and it uses a seperate key from which you'd unlock doors and trunk with??

Is this the tranny drain plug?

 

is it a copy key? some copys have problems like that. sometimes if you file down the imperfections it helps.
