Best prices for OEM

Question on OEM dealers online...

I've been doing a few searches online and am looking for the best prices for OEM pieces that I can find. Insofar, I've found that...

directpartsconnection.com has the best prices. Anyone had any experience with them?

courtesyparts.com has some pretty good prices on only certain things. Their catalogue is not extensive. Learning firsthand that their cust service is great, though.

nissanparts.org seems about average with their parts price. Definitely the highest price on the internet, but below dealer, don't know anything about them. What's the rep?

I'd appreciate you guys filling in the blanks and saying what (if any better price options) other than the ones listed and sharing your experience with these Nissan OEM dealers. Thank you.

What parts are you looking for?

Have you tried you're local dealership?

I know my local dealer is the same as those "discount" online dealers.

Everything. Suspension, steering, axle assemblies, etc etc etc.

I'll try my local dealer, but I doubt they can beat these prices.

You will prolly be surprised....

Also, you are guaranteed the correct OEM part from the dealer..

You are not guaranteed anything with a online parts peddler..

Try my website...help a fellow Maxima owner out as well (ie: ME! )
http://bsprewards.com/fortune/index.cfm?memid=3621352

You can buy virtually anything off that..car stuff or anything. Its free to sign up and you get up to 15% back off of everything you buy for credit towards anything else you want to buy. No email spam either (thank God). Best part of it all, it only has stores that I know you guys have heard of

I just abosutely LOVE it! It is my website...so it does really help me if you guys buy through there. Bought an off-brand (though OEM WAS available) for a replacement to my bumper

if you shop online, be sure to factor in the shipping price.

even though the actual price might be cheaper, the shipping kills it.

I usually try my local NAPA first. A lot of the parts you are wanting can probably be found through them.

courtesyparts.com has a lot of things in stock that they dont list on the website, you're in TX too so you'll get things the next day via UPS. The combination of that quick delivery and always accurate parts is why I like shopping there for some things.

Yeah, but I have to pay for the tax.

I just got in an OEM clutch and power window switch assembly. Both of which I couldn't locate anywhere else. Really happy with them so far.

nissanparts.cc if you really want to buy online..

I highly recommend AGAINST Courtesy Nissan. I've been doing business with them on and off since about 1998. In the last four years I've seen their customer service quality and reputation go into the crapper. every single order I've made in the last four years has been either delayed, incorrect, or simply not shipped.

For a TX dealer I recommend, talk to Dave Burnette at SouthPoint Nissan in Austin. 888-254-6060. (be sure to ask for Dave Burnette, because there are two Dave Bs in the parts department!)
