Looks good, Juan. how much to redo my seats in microfiber?
(I'd like suede, but too $$$, especially when i'm going to be throwing race slicks in the back seat on a regular basis)

********, i turned a front driver's door panel into a right rear door panel. isnt that amazing?, and with the leftover material i melted the plastic and made a headliner.

the idea was to show how they looked before and how they looked after. obviously all the doors look the same, what shoud i have done, taken a picture of all of them to satisfy your need to make sure i didnt scam you?

matt, unfortunately i dont have the skills to sew seat covers. the headliner and doors are easy enough since they get glued in place, but seat covers take more talent. when i redo mine in the 4th gen, ill probably get a catzkin kit and suede or microfiber the rest.

WTF man?! I thought joo had skillz?!
Just thought I'd throw that out there and see if you wanted to bite.
It's got to get painted first. I'll worry about interior after I get the yellow rear bumper and Krylon'd front bumper fixed.

you got me, i'm ish from pimp my ride. the truth is i can only sew bright yellow vinyl and leopard print. anything else is too tough.

and Black91GXE, i didnt take offense to wha you said,i dont think jason did either, obviously you were smart enough to comprehend that i took a sample ofwhat it looked like, to a sample of what it will be like. the dront door pictures were too dark.

If you don't mind me asking....., how did you manage to get the upper door panel material to have a nice clean, crisp line around the outer edge, while getting it to stick, but not having any glue show at the edge?

I tried this once, didn't like the edge I was getting, so I cut the entire section out, wrapped it, and then reinstalled the section. Gave me a good edge, but was obviously much more work.

I'd like to know too, I've had issues with my Katzkin peeling back. Am I just not using the right adhesive?

by the time i got to the front doors i realixed that i should be cutting the vinyl around the edge, and tucking the material underneath it. i used regular olf contact cement, you have to be careful around the corners, and clean it up asap with mineral spirits if you go over.

Hah, holy crap. That looks awesome. And to do it before you sell her is crazy! What a guy! I always wondered why on your Jzullo pics the door panel looked a little.... umm, incomplete? But damn...

Nice job shavedmax, looks a hell of a lot better than leather inserts IMO.

if you had the suede lying around it makes sense.
other than that I'd have gone JY for some ( or in my case, the garage)
does look nice though.
