how much money do you spend a year on all this lighting you work with? I think you could seriously make and sell ready-customized lights for us 3rd gen folks, for those of us who are uninterested in messing with them ourselves, or are just looking for an easy way out; not to mention making sure the job is done right.

Sorry to be newb at this but my friend has PNP mcculloch hid's on his car and they have been there for 3 years now with no problems. What causes them to blow? Is it just bad quality or luck?

Valeo/Hella gen 2/3 balalst. with phillips or osram Hid bulbs 4100k-5000k found at hidplanet.com do some more research. Dont ever put hids in reflector housings. Retrofit HID specific projectors like tsx s2000 tl zkw e55s. I personally went with the e55 projector since it is bixenon and Stock on the new maximas. I just got my 3000k Hid Osram Bulbs today. which are pure yellow. I'll post pics later. make an account at hidplanet.com check out the university. and educate yourself!
