Dash gauges drooping

My dash gauges are drooping. The needles are below the beginning point of the gauge. What can be done about this problem?

Sounds like maybe a calibration problem. Was it always like this, or did this just recently happen?? And do you think it's affecting your ability to read the speedo/tach properly??
