I have a tiny little leak (corrosion) from the exhaust , just in front of the flex pipe (actually the front joint of the flex pipe). The rest of the parts are good. What is the recommended action to be taken ?

 

if the flex part (the part with the mesh over it) is broken then best to cut out the flex and weld in a new one. if it's just a hole in the physical pipe you can either weld the hole close or weld a small patch on it.
