Smoked Lights with Tinted Film

Has anyone thought about getting that UK smoked corner look by covering them with a smoked film product? Well, I will be going with the black housing euro clear headlights pretty soon and wanted some smoked clear corners to go with it, so I am ordering some smoked film to give it a try. I will see how smoked headlights look as well. Here's a link to the site that I am thinking to buy from.

http://www.decalfx.com/smoked_tail_light_film.html

If anyone has already done this, let me know.

I have definetely considered doing this to my tail lights (and that big center panel on the rear deck) since it seems nobody has ever made any kind of aftermarket taillight for a 3rd gen (to my knowledge). Let me know how it works out for ya.

post pics when done. I prefer my way but then again I am sick of doing it and this will be a good thing I can point people to if it turns out well.

I wouldn't do the headlights though...jmho. If you look around I believe I have posted a picture of a headlight I tinted a while back.

Move to UK, Buy UK Cornors.

Smoking headlights... Don't you remember how bad stock headlights are? Buy euro e36s with the black insides....

Buy 89-92 Se Tail Section:

Heck, I wouldn't even to THAT low (20%). I'd say 35% or higher - especially if it's a daily driver. Last thing you need it 5-oh breathing down your neck - or worse still, not being able to see JACK squat some rainy, fog-enshrouded night while trying to pick up hoochies at "the spot".

Hmmm.... Not really. But, I was thinking just 35% on the corners to start, maybe also on the tails. That should get by the cops, I'm sure.

Couldn't find it after like 10 min. Any way you might be able to give me a nudge in the right direction? I'd really appreciate it.
