Have any of you ever tried that chameleon paint in cans that Autozone carries? I'm wondering if it's done patiently, if it'd look alright.
PS. Is there a way to set this so it automatically shows my sig without having to check the box?

Quick replies always have to check box,but you can set
replies to show sig. automatically. I would'nt use paint
in a can unless you have to. I would just primer if I had
to use spray paint and maybe put some flames on it too.

What really sucks is someone replaced the right fender, but is in the original color and glossy
I'll probably get a cheapo paint job once I'm done paying off some customers I owe money too.

I like OZ Ultraleggeras but TireRack says they don't fit. 17x8 w/40mm offset.. Can anyone say otherwise?
#63
well I know that on an 8" wide wheel the optimum offset is 35 so 40 might rub the strut tower...I don't know for sure because I am not sure how close the tire is to the strut with that 35mm offset. They will work with a 5mm spacer for sure though.

I had ROTA 17X8.5 with some 15mm spacers, they only weight 17lbs. very light.
Good quality
Any 94-current Mustnag 17X8 will fit with a 235/45/17. I think the 98' COBRA rims are nice.
Any newer MAXIMA wheels will look great.
I think these are two fronts from a 350Z
Two fronts from a G35 sedan or coupe will work too.
Good quality

I had my 97' COBRA rims on my 92 SE for a few months when I had my EIBACHs on. 17X8 with a 245/45/17, same as this guy.

Technical Data
The center is 1.5 or 2” polycarbonate, chemical hard coated both sides.
Weight 20” - 27 lbs, and 22” - 38 lbs (complete wheel weight)
All other parts of the wheel are forged 6061t aluminum
(Inner and outer hoops and Hub center)
SAE tested, certified and passed Impact, cornering and radial tests.
Now in production, average delivery time is 6-8 weeks.
Suggested retail is $5000.00 per wheel
- and I agree with Jeff... one or two hard brake "hits", and those wheels will be about as clear as the Hudson River!
