Im so happy, yesterday from my work i just got 3 free xenon headlight units with the bulb and the transformer and stuf, and this morning i just tested them with the headlight wires and they work! but i did not install them, because i dont konw if they will kill my wiring harness over time or what. Plus i wanna go back and see if i can pull the special lens to focus the bean and the cut off so i dont blind people sky high. Im so happy though, cause they work, i just dont want it to fry my harness or fuses.

ahhh gotta love working at a car dealership.

i wouldn't think they'd burn the harnesses out...they wouldn't draw from the same power source. if they have a transformer they will be drawing from say the battery? the harnesses will just supply the "on/off" power to let the transformer know it's working. at least i think? just my .02

As I recall real xenons draw about 35W. Not a typo, it's really that low.

hehe.. not sure yet. i actually only have three headlights, basically 1.5 pairs. So the only thing i could do is sell my set, and it is very tempting becuase i can get 300 easily for em on ebay. But i dunno, the manager didnt want me to resale em because i could get the dealer in trouble because the parts were suppoed to be disposed of, not resold. its tempting though.... (oh well, i wanna make em work on my car anyways ) but as the auto adjusting unit keeps breaking on the lights, theyll keep tossing the whole headlights assembly and i can keep getting the xenons out of em maybe when i get a few more ill sell some.

Xenons/H.I.D.?

Are you referring to an h.i.d. kit for the max that comes with the individual balasts?

yes, its not meant for a maxima. It came out of an audi a6. but it is the full HID kit, with the ballasts and bulbs and all.
