I went on a little journey today and took a few pics..I thought i would share them with everyone..





Looking like about 500 miles to the tank now..

oh well idk I have never really took my max on a trip more then 85 miles one way. Im mostly doing stop go stop go driving, all these stupid stop signs

 

500 off a tank and 300k on the odo. Cruise control the secret?

 

Decent pics (car looks nice) but you had the sun on the wrong side.

I probably could have gotten 500 miles on a tank when I went through eastern Washington to MrGone's, but I chickened out on the way back and got gas in Yakima. IIRC, I got 29-30 mpg and it was well over 400 miles.

Not flooring it at every shift does help though...

Damn you people and your good gas milage! At 243miles, I only got about 90 left and I am on the side of the road, and that is with 80% freeway!

I thought VE's had 14.5 gallon tanks?

 

No, stats say 18.5 on All maxima's, but if I fill up from pretty much empty (gas light is on and everything) the most I can squeeze out is 15.

And what's wrong with brown interior?!

Some blacked out tailights seem like they'd look pretty damn good on there because of how the lighting makes them look black.

Mine showed 3/4 of a tank. I topped it off with almost 2 gallons.
My car exagerates. <--- pardon my spelling, I'm an numbermaniac.

I dont think the gauge lied when the gas light was on and my car ran outta gas.

The pics were at a park/boat launch in jackson co.[gainsboro]..Then i cruised up sr.53 up into kentucky,then 127 back home[crossville]

I wanted to try out all my new suspension/brake mods out on a long trip...It was a nice little ride..

 

I always run 93 octane in my car[VE 5speed]


I doubt i beat a hybrid though..

 

It wouldn't really be that surprising, most hybrids would get better MPG without the weight of all the things that make it a hybrid. But thats not what the gov't wants soooo thats what we get.
