gas smelling ooze

gas smelling ooze

ok i went to change oil today and i have a cream colored oil/gas smelling ooze on the cap and in the neck of where u add the oil... any ideas as to what this is and where it came... thanks

This seemed like a good place to ask . when the defroster is on I can smell gas is this normal? do I need to set something different?

yes, you need to set your fuel lines to "seal"

fuel in the oil can be leaky injectors or bad rings.
