I had the driver side axle replaced. Afterwards the front end pulls excessively to the right as I accelerate from stand still or while already moving. Could this be the axle or something else. Please help!

Thanks!

Check The Following:
1.) Wrong Axle - Could be too small or too long.
I heard of problems like this with Hyundai's...one shop installed the wrong size axle and the car's axle popped out when the customer made sharp turns...the first shop though the retaining ring was not in properly.
Have the shop order up another axle then pull yours out and compare the length's...try another brand.
a good brand or in the case a good rebuilder is ACE = American Caliper Exchange (the one with the green label)
2.) Spindle Nut Loose - Have the shop recheck the torque and make sure the cotter pin is set correctly.
3.) Lower Strut Bolts Loose - Have the shop recheck the torque on the lower strut to spindle assembly.
4.) Bad Axle - Poor quality.
I seen and felt several bad axle that have been put together ..joints feel too stiff or too hard...junk it.
