Help with quarter glass installation

Another sad story, some #$@%$&^ broke into my max last weekend They did not take anything, but I need a 1/4 glass for the driver side rear door.
I got one from ebay and need your help on having it installed. It looks like I need to take off the guide rail in order to put the small glass in position. To do so, do i need to remove the rear window glass too? Is there anyting i should pay special attation to? Or any other ways to have it done?
Thanks for your help!!

Thanks for the reply, need more detail pls
I was thinking not taking the whole rear glass out, just drop the window to the lowest point, remove 2 bolt that hold the plastic clip and tilt the glass forward(not sure if it can be done this way).
Then remove 2 or 3 bolts that hold the guide rail and move the top of that rail forward to let the vent glass in.
Pls let me know if I was wrong here.
I know try not to break the glass, anything else to keep in mind??

You dont need to take out the rear window glass just roll it all they way down and take out the guide rail and its pretty easy to get it in only took me like 15 minutes
