shift lock not working

shift lock not working

Shift lock mechanism isnt deactivating. i checked the noid in the shifter assembly it works when i apply current to the wire. i checked the brake switch it removes ground when the brake is pressed. where else do i look. i try to find the relay that controls the shift lock and i couldnt find anything. also the shift lock fuse is good. any ideas thanks

The relay is behind the kick panel on the passenger side. I had some problems with my shift lock a little while ago and mygreenmax94 posted a bunch of diagrams and a couple videos.
