Sunroof Question

I posted a thread about this awhile ago but I think there was some confusion about what I was asking so I have a picture now. My sunroof isn't stopping in where it's supposed to, in the sealed position. So basicly I have to get it there myself and it can be a PITA at night when it's hard to see up in there. What would cause it to go past the stop point and go straight to where it tilts the back up? Thanks! (BTW it does stop halfway when closing like it's supposed to though.)

is there a front limit switch that isn't working maybe?
I should look at the assembly that is sitting in my garage.

Yeah any ideas or advice are welcome, I can't wrap my head around the FSM for the sunroof, exploded views like that give me a headache...

thats what it was - i think jon is talking about his sunroof won't go all the way down and seal up properlly.... where you have to move it up a tad to seal??

am I on the right track jon??? If not, sorry for the sidetrack!!

Basicly what I'm saying is when you're closing the sunroof, while holding the switch it should automaticly stop exactly at the point shown in the picture..which is where it needs to be, to be sealed. With mine it will just keep crusing along, go past that point all the way down to where it tilts and raises up the back. So physicaly it's sealing fine, it's just not stopping in the sealed position, or it's "Top Dead Center" if you will.

Is there some kind of relay or switch that tells it when to stop?
