squeaking is prolly from a loose belt alternator would be my guess

second... the knock... check your oil maybe... change the oil

and fixing them... that would be a general question

The knock is most likely the vtc,s clacking at startup..

The squeal is a loose/worn out accessory belt..

Maybe you need to take this car to a qualified mechanic to get all your issues fixed, instead of starting a new thread everytime you find a new knock/clack/squeel/clunk/hiss/shimmy/etc....etc....etc...

Well if its too tight you can damage the bearing on the alternator pulley. therefore wear down the belt and make noise.

Also, If you grounded your VTCs and it still clacks it may be the timing chain tensioner.
