Okay guys, I've decided to go with the all show, no go option as I have a 1990 GXE which doesn't seem like it's gonna be beating real racers anytime soon, so I was just wondering what kind of muffler you guys think I should get if I'm more into the quality of the sound than any performance gains they might bring.. thanks in advance for any tips

 

I just picked up a muffler and had it installed yesterday. I'm so happy with the sound and the looks. It is a polished dual tipped muffler... the tips are kind of square (remus style). And the sound is amazing its a deep throaty sound, not high pitched or annoying. Oh when I start the car it goes vrrooom I love it!

It's made by a company called vibrant.

What other exhaust bolt ons do you have?

 

exhaust bolt-ons? Not sure, but probably none since my car is completely stock except for rims and lights right now..

 

Then you definately need a performance Y-pipe. That and the catback will net you baout 15-18HP and give you better gas milage if you can keep your foot off the gas.

Mr. Rose,
Is the term canister the same as muffler? What company is this that is retailing Remus? I've been trying to find these all over...
