e36 headlight wiring

anyone know the wire color codes for high beam and low beam?

I cant remember off the top of my head but it should be in the write up. If its not its pretty easy to check it yourself. Just get a test light or meter and check the wires.

The black one should be your common so put the negative lead of the meter or test light in that (I think its the center wire but dont quote me on that) then turn your lights on low beam and put your test light or meter in each of the other two holes to see which makes the test light shine or the meter show 12V. Then your other wire is the high beam...you can test it just to be sure by turning your lights on bright and checking it though.
