Looks great.

It is much appreciated that you went out and did the work, then posted pics for us, instead of the usual "I am going to turbo my car" followed by never being heard from about turbos again.

Hey man looks great! I like the turbo piping! What type of power are you looking for? ALso your going to need to beef up the cross member they tend to break and you will need some good mounts. I broke two member on my old turbo 3rd gen. ANd what your plans for the tranny It will break in a heart beat. Overall yourwork looks good!

That looks real sick. How much boost do you expect to get from that setup?

Looks like a lot of work and you did a very clean job on the piping and the welds, good job. Although don't really understand your custom intake and fuel delivery. First off, aren't there high flow injectors that will fit in the stock rails? And second, you gotta call ITT...er, isn't the dual TB design of the stock plenum sufficient for the amount of boost? Just seems like a lot of work with low return and high risk of problems to me. Jesus, I sound like KP

Props, you've obviously put a lot of work and thought into it.

Based on the hosting of the pics, it looks like it was done by 666 Fabrication. Check out their website - AWESOME work.

Although for all we know he may be one of the 666 Fabrication guys

hey thanks,
the throttle body is a mustang cobra BBK 75mm TB. i did my own setup befor and i got flammed for it so i had a shop do all this work for me.
yes the whole motor is built, from the botom up. i have 1mm oversized valves, jwt springs retainers and cams + some more.
custom pistons , rods, bored out to a 3.2 almost a 3.3.
im looking to go with 30lbs of boost i want to go for HIGH #'s
my wish list is around 600 whp, but thats a big dream right now, im looking to put a new tranny in, but for now i have all new gears and everything including the tranny have all been cryo-treated.

i just picked up another cross member that im welding metal to right now to make it stronger. and i bought new motor mounts that im filling with urathane to make emm as strong as i can.

yes all the wiring is my standalone. i have megasquirt v3.3 . its kind of hard to understand everything, but once you read enough you get a hang of it. i would recomend it for anyone, i like it alot, its easy to understand and awsome to work with. i love the drive by tune setup it has.

well thanks everyone i guess getting flammed out made me do everything right. thanks all

I really hope you got some PPG straight cut gears in that transmission. Nealoc (sp?) had a really good post in the boosted forums about beefing up the VE/VQ 5 speeds.

You completely redesigned the entire IM! It looks awesome!

But the VG Phenolic Intake Spacer Kit only includes a spacer for the dual duct, TB, and IACV.

You need a spacer between the IM plate and LIM. That will help a lot!
