1157 Blinker Mod

Hey, was just wondering if anyone else converted their front bumper blinkers to 1157's? It creates a nice looking orange running light at a low wattage (Like 5w) and blinks really bright (27w). All the wiring stays the same with the exception of the Always Hot wire. Basically posting this to see if anyone would be interested in a write up, tell me what you guys think.

edit: Note it was about 4pm, and kind of cloudy out but still bright. I will take some night time shots later to show you how bright they are at night.

Yes, I wired them to my corners so they come on with parking lights.

Thanks, but it's actually amber blinkers with a clear bulb inside.
Michaels sells "Stained Glass Paint" in Orange that you can do it with.

edit: Added a Video To Show how it looks at dusk. I will make a write up tomorrow when it is Light.
