No you cannot run the car without the intake plenum.....

you can try to start it, you might get smoke, or a bunch of codes because of all that stuff not being grounded

There is no possible way that trying to run an engine with the plenum off could lead to a good outcome.

Its not even about outcome though, it just wont run. Not only would that be similar to eliminating the throttle (that would make the engine rev up until something fails or the fuel pump gives out) but you would also need a way to setup vacuum for blow-by hoses and all the other ones.

Of course it'll run without the plenum...






You'll just have to get 6 throttle bodies, a map sensor, an emu, and a vacuum canister. lol
