Airbag was optional in '92, standard in '93 and '94

 

nice car man...where did you find your steering wheel cover? I like the white and the black together. My car is white with black leather interior and the steering wheel's leather is starting to look a little ugly. Anything I have bought for it never looks right. Thanks for info.

I gotta agree with you guys, the black Maxima is a real eye catcher..

 

I have an 89 Max SE. Why does my speedometer only go to 125 and I saw a pic of the black Max and it goes to 145? Is that a special option? Just wondering. And how many horses does an 89 Max SE have? I know they are stupid questions but I am just curious.

 

89-91 maximas had the VG30DE engine which is 160hp and their speedos went to 125. 92-94SE had the VE30DE and had 190hp, their speedos went to 145. the GXE models still had the VG30DE and their speedos remained at 125.
