Which is better

CAI all the way
All the pop charger does it make our car sound fast but it actually kills your low end power. I have had both and I think everyone will agree with me when I say get a CAI.

Re: Which is better

Now the next question.....Warpspeed or Place Racing?? Are they very close performance-wise? Does WSP use a K&N filter?

I have the place race but I dont think that there is a big diff in the two except the cost. And maybe the color choices of the tube itself but thats not that big of a deal. I dont know what kind of filter comes with it but I am sure that it is problem just some K&N like filter. Everyone of the kits comes with a reusable filter if thats what you meant.

CAI give low-mid power, but a POP will give more top end HP

This is an age old argument.....

most say the CAI is better since it allows cooler more denser air to enter the engine(and I agree with them personally)than the pop charger style....but Cheston proved a while ago(on his car) that the air temperatures were actually only slightly different by a few degrees. I say get a CAI if you have the money, but if you don't want the hassle get a $60+/- cone intake and be happy!
