Electrical Gurus: Got a nice little problem here!

Ok this just started tonight and I havent done any trouble shooting yet but here is what I know:
1 The clock is not working
2 I get no power to the aftermarket radio
3 The Airbag light is on
4 The seatbelts do no operate if the ignition is off
5 The radio fuse is good
6 The airbag fuse is good
7 I dont think its relevant but I changed the drivers front window regulator today and everything was working after the job was done.
8 All other systems appear to be normal and it runs and drives like it always did.

I think its a bad ground since multiple systems are affected but I dont know until I have time to get a meter on it. Any ideas??!!

Sounds like you popped a fusible link or two..

They are located in the smaller black rectangle shaped box next to the battery under the hood.

to remove the airbag light try doing the following

1. while having door open, put key in ignition and turn all the way just BEFORE starting the car.

2. press the door jamb switch 7 times (quickly) then while key is already turned, start car.

3 turn off car and do process one more time.

For the aftermarket radio I'm gonna have to say either loose connection in back or fuse (which you say is good)

does this happen often because nothing unusual happened to the car and the only circuit I was working on still works fine!

Its basically a big fuse, on the drivers side of the engine bay.

Ok so I looked under the hood and all the links look good, I will confirm with a meter but that doesn't look likely to me. I didn't think it was the problem from the start but I like to entertain other ideas. The fact that the systems that are having issues are not related fuse wise would point to a common issue, a blown fuse would just kill power not cause lights to come on in other systems. So any other theories out there? Im thinking bad relay for now..........

do you have the FSM?
follow the circuits back and see where they meet up and start looking there.
