Install help....blehmco parallel links

I just got the parallel link kit from an org member...but I'm not sure how to install it. Included in the package is as follows:

6 links (obviously)
16 bushings
8 washers
8 nuts...can't figure out what they bolt up too.

I'm thinking that 2 bushings go on either side of the radius rod, to make it the same width as the original. It seems that the others need to be pressed into the link, but I don't want to do that untill I'm sure thats what is needed. Also, where do the washers and nuts go? Are they spacers? The nuts don't fit any threads that I can see....

Well, are you talking about the install of the links on your car itself or like the bushings into the links?

If its onto the car, you have to drop the sub frame by jackin car up, removing 2 or 3 - 17mm nuts, 1 -14mm. You dont have to drop it completely, just a bit so you can get parallel link LONG bolt out and viola! Oh those nuts are all near the gas tank

hmm, still don't know about where those nuts go...where by the gas tank? Also, I'm trying to figure out if those bushings get pressed into the links, or go on the outside of the links... I already have the old links out of the car, and the new links ready to be installed.

Also, yes I did PM Matt...he didn't answer yet. I guess he's just pretty busy or something.

the 8 bushings with the 14mm ID get pressed into the 3/4" heim joints.
the 8 with the 1/2" ID are spacers for the radius rods..
the nuts are just like you mentioned- spacers to make the parallel links the same distance apart as the stock links.

and no you didn't PM me. I have nothing form you for the last 4 weeks in my inbox. maybe you PMd someone else?

Thanks for the help matt. I could've sworn I sent you a pm...but hey, no problem either way. I wasn't even aware that there were different ID's for the bushings. I'll have to look a little bit closer & post pics upon install.

PS: does it go (link:Washer:nut) or (Link:nut:washer) ......thanks!

farthest outside will be the washer. then the link (w/ bushing). then the zinc plated nut I sent towards the middle.

easiest way to tell on the bushings is to try to fit them on the long bolt that goes through the parallel links. it'll only fit through half of them. those are the ones you want to press into the heims (obviously). the others are simply spacers for the 1/2" heim on the radius rod to make it fill up the gap without rattling like mad.
