You know how there's a little block under the gas pedal to stop you from stepping on the gas pedal all the way to the ground? Well if you removed this, i'm sure more gas will flow into the engine...about how much HP does this add and is it bad for the engine?

no

actually, that petal controls the throttle body, which allows more air in, not gas, gas is electronically controlled by the injectors and stuff, and on the throttle body there`s a limit on how far you can press the accelerator, so removing that black thing behind the pedal wont do anything, but mess up the cable thats attach to the throttle body

He's right. You do NOT want to remove that block.
