crank pulley damage? replace?

i noticed my chank pulley has some cracked rubber on it, under the belt surface, but not on the belt....see photo:

does it need immediate replacement? or is this type of wear normal?

normal wear for high mileage dampeners. Replace with UDP when funds allow

it is normal, but get a replacement going asap.
I actually think I still have a stock VE pulley running around my garage still.

As long as there isn't any extraneous movement, don't worry about it.
