Hopefully we got our measurements correct, and I "should" be doing the install tomorrow (Tues)

Without this basic 70K machine it wouldn't be (easily) possible. It's a good thing when you have the company keys, the alarm code and the boss not knowing. Enjoy

it's a milling machine. You make a design for a part on a computer and the milling(CNC) machine mills a piece of billet aluminum, or whatever metal you are using, to the design.

I'm gonna laugh when one of you geeks decide to copy a part that's already out on the market, and the company comes back and sues your a$$ for half a billion dollars for patent infringement.

I guess if they sue me

They can have my ticking VE, since that's all I have of any value. Besides, "most" camber plates have the same basic design. I've yet to see one that adj camber and caster

I was referring to the goof-offs above that just sit back and watch you/me/whoever do their hard work in prototyping and testing parts, then just copy it or "buy" the design from you when you're done.

I've seen probably half a dozen people copy my stereo install in the trunk, and many of the people trying to pretend they came up with a rear disc conversion for their GXEs (of which I was the first to actually do it, unless someone did it years ago and never said anything about it)...

Just ****es me off how people think they can just buy all this custom stuff for beans because they know us, or blatantly copy it from someone else who actually paid for the parts.

F u ck off. i was just joking with him. i could care less about his damn designs or his camber plates. i have designed so many parts for our electric vehicle im sure i could make some camber plates if i felt like it. its alot easier to just go out and buy them. you think your so original with your system and disk brake conversion. the first thing i said when i got my car is i think the se's disk brakes could be converted to the gxe. i just have a life and have things to do other than spend every waking moment of my life with a car. the only time you post any more is to tear on people, so just dont post cuz your lame and noone cares.

It's all good

No agruements from me, but thats the problem no one makes plates for us (3rd gen) if they were available I would have bought a set instead of making these. I'm just trying to help those who desire a perfect front end alignment regardless of which spring they are using (after-market or stock)

Before you start in on me, just look at what you said and compare it to my response.

I've done MUCH more original things that I don't talk about because I don't want people copying me. And I'm pretty damn proud of my system, yeah.. I don't see anyone else here going to soundoffs and continually driving home with trophies, let alone good standings at World Finals. (It's not bragging when you can back yourself up.)
Ever since I mentioned parting out my car, I've had probably 100 requests to buy my system and rear discs for like $50, $100, etc. considering I spent days, weeks, months working on this stuff and studying parts diagrams and calling people and etc to make sure this stuff will work, it ****es me off considerably when people think I should sell it to them for beans just because it's "used" and I'm their friend. I've had probably another 30 people email me and ask me to give them blueprints for my brake kit brackets so they can make the parts themselves. When I tell them no, they get ****ed off at me (with a response very similar to yours. if you're so talented, don't waste my time and just go make it yourself.)

Then I turn around and see a complete carbon copy of something that I or someone else have done.. it just ruins the whole point of originality. That's half the reason everyone busts on hondas.. they're all the same (basically).. fat exhaust tip, 18" rims, AEM intake and headers, and clear tails. that sums up about 70% of the hondas around here.

Personally, I don't care who you are, what you've made, or what you CAN do. But when you crack jokes about "giving me the designs when you're done" just irks me to no end... I Work in R&D myself and busting my *** every day to get our new designs researched, prototyped, patented, and protected before someone sees it and makes a carbon copy of it. It just really makes me realize how much piracy and design theft is out there, just so someone else can get the benefits without doing the work.
