in the door panel you mean?

1. Figure out where you want the tweeter.
2. Cut a hole using whatever you want...
3. Run wire to hole.
4. Hook up tweeter and place it into the hole you cut...

enjoy

Yeah, you can either do one of two things...

Either what Chris did is nice, it involves cutting tho, so sometimes you might not want to do that and if you ever plan to sell the car and take the tweeters and/or pods out.

Or do what I did. If you check out some MB Quart componant sets, they can have the tweeters mounted on a small metal bridge on top of the front speaker itself. The tweeter still goes through a crossover and everything, so it's the same quality, just lower on the door, but you can still aim the tweeter. This way you don't have to make the cuts and can still use a tweeter. Just a suggestion, and it works great for me and i get great sound out of mine.

Hey, I think Jon (ngthing) put his in the doors, so you might wanna ask him. I'm in the process of doing mine, and I'll take pics as I go along and post 'em. It'll probably be a bit, as I have a project that has recently surfaced (see my post titled "sleepless in Seattle") that may take precedence.

If you look, theres a nice little spot inside the door where the mirrors are docked, nice little corner. I think tweeters would fit nicely and also sound nicely if placed there...

Has anyone tried this?
