Hey guys, just wanted to share this in loving memory. My best friend died on a sunday night, in a horrible street drag race at 110mph on his 2001 BMW 525. He was 21, and just started living, got a nice job , nice car. And boom his gone. I have included the article. Let this be a lesson to all of us, maybe next time will think twice before racing on a street.

Sorry to hear about it. I've never lost someone so close personally and I can't imagine what you're going through. When something happens like this, if we don't learn something, his death will be in vain. Please, keep it on the track and off the streets.

........
When I saw the subject line I swear I knew what the post was about without reading it......
I'm very sorry to hear about this thing. I heard about this, much like almost every Russian in Brooklyn did, I know many people who knew him as well.
No one should ever race on the bay... I hear about WAY too many incidents like this, it's just not worth it. It's a shame, but life goes on, let's learn from others and remember them...

Makes my little 'fender bender' seem very miniscule, in comparison. I'm sure there's a lesson to be learned here, like everyone has said..... Let's just hope that we're all level-headed enuff to catch what's being taught here. It's a shame that someone has to be taken from us before we get the message. Like Weasel said, I hope this hasn't been in vain..... Thoughts and prayers out to ya and his fam!!
