would heated (or non-heated) power leather front seats from say a 4th gen maxima fit my 3rd gen?
also, i have plugs of some sort under my front seats, i'm going to assume these are for power seats.
i'm just planning for the future.
thanks

I don't think so! The 4th gen. seats are wider than the 3rd gen. Plus our 3rd gen sits are fit pretty tight from the door to the consol. And the plug under you seat are for the power seats. But hey if you are willing to try and put em in go for it.But IMO there is alot of other things you can spend the money on besides heated seats.

know of any place that would sell some black leather heated power front seats?
i know there are better things to spend my money on, but i have huge plans for my max(like a touchscreen LCD controlled computer, stage 2 cams[custom if need be], intake, exhaust, chip, clutch, funny lighting schemes, rims, tints..) i have tons of things i want to do, i know its a good car and its not going to die anytime soon, so i'm actually going to do this stuff.
if anyone really cares enough, email me and i'll tell you my plans, but i dont think anyone will care until stuff starts gettin completed.

Well since you have the best Maxima ever made I would like to say I wish you the best of luck and yes the Maxima's are great cars! Mine has 207,000+miles and minimal problems*KNOCK ON WOOD* But as far as the seat's go I am not sure but they are prett popular now so you should be able to find something pretty easy.

I would recommend puttingin some more supportive seats before you put in 4th gen seats..

take a look at some prelude seats, or possibly some recaro racing seats. the recaros will be quite a bit more expensive, but I believe you can even get heater kits for them.
I used some 300ZX seats, and they would have fit perfectly had I done the brackets right.

if u are just looking for leather....

u can get a good deal on aftermarket leather www.leatherseats.com they hooked up a lot of people with good deals, they make 2 tone leather too and can stich things into it... this would fit better if u are looking to pimp the car out as u seem to be planning to.....

Jeeesh, 207k miles for a 1992? Have you owned the car the whole time? I didn't know that was possible :P, that's good though, cuz my 1990 has about half those many miles so I should be okay.
