Hello - I drive a `93 Maxima SE and i'm interested in ordering one of these FSTBs from Greg, but I was wondering if it would fit my car because the one that Courtesy Nissan sells for 3rd Generation Maximas doesn't fit the SE model. Please lemme know what to do people!

Can't find one either

Courtesy doesn't sell a FSTB for 92-94 SEs, and neither does Stillen. I don't know where else to look.

I already know that Courtesy and Stillen don't sell a FSTB for those years, i'm asking who DOES sell and if the one that Greg is selling on his site would fit or not.

Already asked Greg that question, he is on vacation and shall return next week. Hopefully we can get a GD? I am willing to pay regular price if the thing fits a 3rd gen SE!

I went to custommaximas website and found the strut bar but it says that people were having problems with the fit on 92'-94' VE's. I know this post is old but wanted to know if anybody has gotten one since. Thanks

Greg's final comments

On our other post regarding this matter, this is what Greg said..

Buy it and install it, if it does not FIT, I will refund your money with no hassles.

I got to fix my trans first, then i will try it. limited budget problem.

VE's will alway's be a tight fit because of the intake maniflold sitting right in the way.Your best bet is to bend it a little like I did. There is a rumor that it will make the FSTB less efective but I havent noticed a diff.

So, is Greg for real? I sent an e-mail about a week ago and have not gotten a response... I don't want to send money and be treated the same way.

I am new to this group so I am not bias towards anyone.

Greg was on vacation and returned on Aug 6.. He is probably still catching up on his work but he did took the time to reply to our group inquiry..

If you do install it please let us know what happens because from what greg says it doesnt seem like it will fit but I'm praying it does.
