You should deffinitely roll it back. It's not flaming IMO I mean if you want to jipp someone in the future than they can screw you over cause oil, emmisions, etc. are logged. If I were you I'd roll it back before you put it in to save trouble. Now I'm not saying anything, but I "heard" ehem:ehem: if you want to roll it back and sell than your best bet is europe :-)

they are a damn pain to be rolled back install the odo out of your cluster unless your odo isnt working you can damage the odo by rolling it back it strips the gear teeth and then no longer works it will sorta hangup. and just stop there. Ihave a gauge cluster I will sell 40.00 on ebay is cheap my gauge cluster has something like 146k on it and a brand new odo assy installed in it.

the odometer can be taken out of your current speedo assembly pretty easily and put in the new one so you shouldn't have a problem with that ebay one
no need to rollback or have incorrect mileage

nothing wrong with rolling back the odo on the new one, if that's what you want to do. just be sure to document and take pictures of before and after of both speedos. would also be good to have a witness sign it or something, jsut to say that you changed the gauges and only altered the odo in order to read correct mileage for that car.
the other thing (which is easier anyway) is to simply switch the odo out of your old gauges like eveyrone else said.
