Hi guys,
My 3rd gen. Max has a rattling moonroof. As far as I know that's a common problem.
I'll much appreciate any ideas how to fix it.

Yes, a common problem on both of my 91 SE's. My black one's is finally starting to act up. The solution is pretty easy. Remove the two plactic covers on the underside of the glass, keeping the roof closed. It's been while since I've done this, but then I believe there are 4 nuts. The roof will rattle because it is just not quite high enough in the back. You'll want to use some washers and raise the roof by using them as "shims" or "spacers." So, unlossen all the bolts, remove the rear ones, lift the glass up, insert the spacers, then tighten everything back up. This is what I did to my white SE and it solved my problem.
