Taillight question
#1
Does anyone know if the 4th generaton taillights come close to fitting the 3rd gen car? I am going to shave my trunk lid and I figured that I would be diff and get the 4th gen taillights and put in if they didnt require drastic modifications to the trunk.
Any Info would be greatly appreciated

if you're gonna do that, you'll definitely need some body work
if I were you, I'd get something a little nicer looking than 4th gen max lights since you're gonna be paying for body work for almost any different taillight
take a look at the older I30 (95-99 that look similar to the 4th gen max); they are a little more square on the back like our cars so it may be easier adn the lights look better too, but that's just my opinion
