My parking lights, dash lights, and tail-lights will not come on when turning the switch to the first light position. I have checked ALL fuses, fusible links, relays, etc, but can not determine why I can't get parking lights. Using a voltmeter there was no reading of power when the switch was turned to that position. I checked the actual switch, took the cover off and checked with a voltmeter as well and the switch was fine... I get headlights and the tail lights work when I step on the brake, but the lights will not light up when attempting to turn the lights on. All bulbs are fine, and all wires are fine. I even opened up the dash and checked all the connections, but nothing seems to be wrong... I noticed the problem when using my viper alarm to unlock the doors and the inidcator lights (parking lights) did not light up...Any ideas? Please help...

I know you said you checked all the fuses, but it still sounds like that is the problem. All those things are on one fuse (10A on near the middle on the left row of fuses). Maybe the fuse still looks good, but it actually isn't. Check to make sure there is continuity between blades of the fuse. Also, switch that fuse (I think it's labeled taillights - fuse descriptions are on my site if you need it) with another 10A one just to be sure. If thats not it, I would suggest taking out the fuse panel to look behind it. You have to take off the lower dash (9 or so screws). Then you will see a large screw at the bottom of the fuse panel and a clip at the top that needs to be pushed up. Maybe the wires behind it are fried? I'd check those things first, hopefully it's not another more complex than that.
Good luck
