I raced a couple of kids in their 92-94 GXE and a 4 lane boulevard (2 lanes each way). Coming off a turn there was a parked car in my lane so I gave 1/2 throttle to pull ahead of the other Max and change lanes. Since I saw him gaining I assumed he floored to prevent me from cutting over...so I punched it as well. Pulled him easily. Had a few runs...rolling and off the line and handily beat him. Bottom line: mods work...I was able to pull past an identical car because of my mods (intake/y-pipe/GReddy on my '91GXE_.
