whats the difference between coilovers and eibach springs?

the guy i bought my maxima off of said he installed nuespeed coilovers. i took a picture of them for some guy called candiman because he wanted to see what they looked like. but other people on here say that nobody makes them for my maxima so maybe they are custom or something or maybe they r really eibachs and the owner lied to me.
