Anyone know who's ride that is?
It looks to me like they did a custom paint job on the rear brakelight panel and used a round paint template to create the rounded pattern in the taillights. I believe that I've seen some kind of custom headlight/tailight painting kit at AutoZone/Pep Boys/KRAGEN made by GTS that lets you do something like this.
