It was totalled (other guys fault)

then I bought a 95 jetta with the insurance money

It was totalled last night (other guys fault) but no ticket was written...

the other guy failed to yeild at an uncontrolled intersection. So do you think his insurance will pay out? if he does I could probably get 6 grand for my car... which means I could buy something else

the insurance should pay out. if you had full coverage they will but just hope that they determine the other guy was at fault throuh the review of the police report etc. so your insurance rate won't be affected too bad...

hey I'm glad to hear you all remember me. nice lights brandon how much did those run ya? anyways my car wont shift into any gear except reverse. I'm guessing the shifter linkage is disconnected but I have no idea how to reconnect it. its a 5spd btw. so I shift into reverse regular style but then when i shift back out there are no gears, just a free floating around shifter. I really want to fix this so I can continue driving the car....it still runs

also I said i thought I could get 6g's before.. well I looked at autotrader.com and there are a lot of 95's for 8-11 grand. so looks like I could be getting waaaaaaaaaaaaay more then i paid for it..if his insurance will pay...if not im fuct
