there are no headers available and avoid Venom, they have a bad reputation...and the Venom400 is not a complete ECU upgrade, its a "booster", but its useless, dynoed on a Max only showed 1-2hp gain.

and yeah Extrude HOne is way too expensive, try and find a local shop that does port and polishing, you'll probably save a lot of money, but don't expect amazing gains either, its already been tried and the conclusion was its useless with out forced induction!

Here's a few pics of the headers that were fitted to my 3rd Gen. Unfortunately DA-MAX is correct when he says there isn't alot to be gained with them over a good Y-based exhaust while N/A. I did see a marked rise in peak power revs though, so maybe boosted users would benefit more.

but the VG can't use a single inlet TB like the pre '89 VGs, VE and 240s have (and the Cobra), we have the 45mm dual inlet one like the LT1s. I'm hoping I can at least get it up to 52mm and swap in the spare TB plates I have from my friends Impala....we'll see...

also, he's in Australia so shipping may have been a little problem for you unless you're down under too
