take it from me
I install strobes all the time. You dont take the headlight apart to change the bulbs. Open the hood and look behind the light and youll see where the wire goes in. unplug the harness from the bulb and then there is a big round srcew/cap . unsrcew it and the pull he bulb out.
now about installing the strobes just drill a small hole and drop the strobe in (not all the way make sure the wires are still out of the head light then take some caulk and seal around the hole and let it dry and connect the strobes.
Im sorry for the spelling and sloppyness of these directions but its late and im tired and I didnt want you to ruin your headlights
