what's the difference between the greddy sp and pe?

The Power Extreme line is designed for maximum flow with an aggressive look. These systems generally have larger piping diameters than SP or MX models. And the lightly polished, round SUS muffler can and single wall SUS tip aid in the racy look. Ideal for vehilces that need higher flow rates (turbocharged). SP is what I have and sounds great No rice at all

okay, this is going to sound dumb. the catback for a ve won;t fit correctly on a vg, right?

The VE and Vg cat-back is the same(Interchangable). Same part #s too!
