Cost of painting and repairing the spoiler

I took my car to this recommended body shop and asked how much it would cost to paint the fading paint and fix the lifting of the spoiler on both sides.

As soon as he touched the spoiler, he raised his eyebrows, started nodding his head and then told me that it was plastic and that he could not have a solid solution to mount that damn thing to my trunk hood.

But I told him to do whatever he could to permanently attach it to the trunk and paint it with the red paint.

He quoted me $100 for the entire job saying that the red paint would be expensive, and so on. Is this reasonable?

Re: Cost of painting and repairing the spoiler

I'm also curious, are our spoilers repairable? the points of mine are kind of bent.
