OoOooOOo!!... a pic thread!!!1! :-)

Hey guys:

How about we do a new pic thread.

The only rule is the pics have to be NEW pics, not the old pics everyone has posted in the great picture thread.

Also, try to take some pics with some background scenery.

OK thats 2 rules

I don't think you're conforming to rule.02 of Wayne's "Beautification Of The 3rd Gen Forum" Ordinance.

Do you like gxe rims or what?

The mast is fine, the motor is too weak to push the mast up or pull it back down.

And what is the culmination of all this? There is a video of a damn antenna extending, and then descending back into its nest. I'm baffled.

I just thought that the motion of a car antenna is too mundane to bother with filming and posting on a video-sharing site.

Awww shucks. Thanks man. Now if I could only get my 1/4 mi times down.
10+ years with this Maxima and I'd still never been to the track.
On my first trip last weekend I ran a 15.36 @ 89.45 mph - 2.23 60ft. Looking to break in to the 14's now. I just have to decide the order of the priorities in terms of the go fast mods. Should I go with a piggyback ECU and tweak air/fuel, or start with a b-pipe/catback combo. I'm thinking I'll see more immediate gains with electronic vs. mechanical tweaks, and I think an e-manage can be had cheaper than new exhaust, but we'll see...
Then there's Aaron's spacers... much to ponder... :stfu: Right, picture thread. Sorry.

anyone gutsy enough to park their car 2inches deep in water at the beach? that could make an interesting shot. preferrably a freshwater beach (local lake, etc)

When I get my new wheels on later this week (hopefully) I was going to take my car to the beach at sunset to get some shots specifically for this thread. I guess it depends on the tide when I go

Pictures of Mods

I don't know about other areas, but here in L.A. County all of the third gen cars are either beaters or family cars, I've never seen one fixed up on the street. In fact, I've seen the 87-91 Camry tricked out and that has to be the ultimate in dependable, but boring family cars. Have I been missing something?

yeah move to chicago. then you'll see a couple respectable 3rd gens. Not much worth noting down here. Here in raleigh i've only seen a couple VEs around town; but mostly old GXEs with yellow diesase and poorly maintained tint. Only two or three with rims. Never seen one with HIDs down here. Only one or two with body kits.

Some cities are modded-third-gen havens. apparently, LA isn't.
