Wheel Stud Question

Hey guys. I purchased a set of 16" BBS RX rims recently and ran into a bit of trouble when installing. It turns out that the lug holes are so inset into the wheel that my wheel studs do not reach out far enough for me to put lugs on them and tighten down. The studs stick out of the holes about 4-5mm tops when on centered.

My question is what should I do about this (the obvious being to buy new wheel studs) But what size should I buy? I know I need M12-1.25 but as far as length and anything else I am a bit stumped. Thanks in advance...

alright, I read up some. Thanks for the link... So what size is stock then? I found 10 50mm for $24, but I'm not sure if that will be too long and look stupid. (keep in mind the stock studs BARELY stick out of the holes, not even close enough for me to even start all of the lug nuts...

the 50mm will be fine then.
stockers are ~40mm.
if you make them 10mm longer, you'll have about 14mm of stud inside the nut. that's enough to give you the full clamping strength of the bolt.
