What is the 0-60 time for a 91' Maxima, assuming no customizations... please tell me if it is with a manual or automatic transmission when u do, if you know I woudl liek to know for automatic though. Also has anyone put in a K&N Airfilter and then ran their Maxima on the dyno who can tell me how many HP it has boosted it. Please email me if you know answers to any of these questions!

thanks,
PJ

Here you go...

http://gen3.4mg.com/

Check out the performance section.

All Maximas(GXE/SE) '89-'91 had the VG(160hp) engine, in addition to the '89-94 GXE which also had the VG. '92-'94 SE had the VE engine(190hp).

8.9 for stock auto VG Max.
8.0 for stock 5-spd VG Max.

As for dyno, expect ~110hp at the wheels.

K&N

I got a K&N for my max. It's just the square one that fits in the stock air box, but it does make a difference. Don't expect a huge noticeable dif, but when the RPM's are screaming, more air is getting into the engine and you'll get a bigger pull when you're up around 3,500 RPM's till it switches gears. Mine was about $50 bucks- it's worth it!
